Maintenance of your laboratory instruments falls into two categories: preventive and corrective.
Preventive maintenance is aimed at minimizing the chance of malfunctions and errors, so that you maximize the return on your laboratory equipment investment. Malfunctions are always inconvenient and unforeseen. However, a structured and regular maintenance program decreases the chances of a malfunction and reduces system operating costs. Such a program of maintenance ensures a minimum of down-time, so you do not have to disappoint your customers.
The preventive maintenance schedule depends on a variety of factors. Among these are the type of apparatus and environmental factors, such as laboratory/plant-conditions, the importance of the system to your business, etc. Beun-De Ronde works with you to determine a preventive maintenance schedule appropriate for your needs. The preventive maintenance schedules are developed by a complete technical appraisal with the purpose of overhaul or replacement of components liable to wear, cleaning of the system, and followed by functionality tests. Beun-De Ronde reports back to you with a service report and validation/calibration reports customized to your quality system.
Corrective maintenance is needed when your system breaks down or when your results are not as expected. Having experienced and well trained engineers on-site quickly, minimalizes your downtime and gets you back on track as fast as possible.

Beun-De Ronde supports you all the way!
The support department of Beun-De Ronde consists of well-trained product specialists who have extensive technical knowledge of equipment, software and applications. Our Service & Support Engineers are in direct contact with our suppliers, they are trained regularly to keep up with recent developments and they are certified to perform IQ-OQ installations and validations.
Besides giving advice on the purchase of an instrument, our Service & Support Engineers show the equipment in real life: with demonstrations on site or in the Beun-De Ronde laboratory. During our regular workshops and seminars we welcome our customers to discover the advantages of our products and services.
For special applications, our support team performs feasibility studies, tests your analysis and helps you optimize the analysis to obtain the results you are aiming at.
Our Service & Support team installs all new equipment and/or innovations of existing systems on site. Users’ trainings and/or application trainings can be organized and customized to your needs.
Our team can develop and execute the necessary validation and performance qualification protocols. Validation services are designed to provide user acceptance testing in accordance with all current GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations. We can deliver Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) protocols. Performance Qualification (PQ), validations, calibrations and safety certifications are also available. Beun-De Ronde uses certified measuring equipment and reports in a professional manner with checklists, meeting the requirements of your quality system. Each validation or calibration is documented with a report.
